THE TRAILER – THE ROLE

We are looking for a Team Leader who is passionate about great customer service to join the team here at Vue.

ACT 1 – WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Team Leader in one of our cinemas you will be a key part of the management team and have Duty Manager responsibility, you’ll motivate team members to deliver the best possible service, ensuring every customer can enjoy the Vue ‘big screen’ experience at its best.

You’ll also help to drive sales by making sure that the team are fully aware of all promotions and incentives as well as making sure food and drink remains fully stocked and the cinema is kept clean and tidy.

ACT 2 – WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Previous experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor within the retail, leisure or hospitality sector, don’t worry if you’ve never worked in a cinema before, full training will be given
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • You’ll need to be flexible, confident and resilient - drive, enthusiasm and a good sense of humour are a must!

THE CREDITS – ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Because we serve alcohol in our cinemas, any Duty Manager at Vue is required to hold a personal alcohol licence. This means that if you are successful, soon after your appointment we will need to complete a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, previously known as a CRB check.
