ACT 1 – THE ROLE

We have a rare and exciting opportunity for someone to join our screen content or ‘Film Buying’ team at our Head Office.

 

As a Film Content Analyst you’ll use your film knowledge and data analysis skills to help build film schedules that maximise box office revenue whilst maintaining film rental costs.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Scheduling and Dating screenings
  • Forecasting box office revenue for upcoming titles
  • Ensuring that all key film information is correct and delivered on time to the Screen Content team and Cinemas
  • Support the delivery of Event Cinema Content
  • Manage the administration process’s relating to Film Rental payments

ACT 2 – WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED

Essential

  • A passion and exceptional knowledge of all film genres
  • Highly analytical and with proven experience of using data to make decisions
  • A commercial understanding of how a successful multi site business operates and its key drivers
  • Able to juggle and prioritise administration duties
  • Proven experience in gathering data from a variety of sources to create management reports and models using Excel

Desirable

  • Experience in commercial buying role
  • Experience within the Retail, Leisure, Entertainment or Hospitality sector
  • Relevant film degree
