Our customer assistants are the link between our business and our customers. From greeting our customer to serving at our retail stands, to keeping our cinema venues looking presentable and answering queries about the latest features, our customer assistants support all touch points of our cinema operations. Creating the ultimate big screen experience takes passion, dedication and lots of hard but rewarding work.

Our team leaders play an essential role in delivering excellent customer service, driving revenue and supporting the cinema management team with the daily operations and cultivating a thriving team. They coach our customer assistants, nurturing their skills and enthusiasm to deliver the great customer experience that is expected.

Our cinema managers oversee the day-to-day operations of our cinemas, making sure each day runs smoothly. Working closely with our general managers, our cinema managers will be accountable for making key business decisions, coaching all team members on how to deliver an excellent customer experience, while keeping everyone motivated, informed and aligned with their objectives.
