I started with Vue in 2007 and my career has progressed from Customer Assistant through to Cashier and then Team Leader. I transferred to another cinema as a Manager on a secondment and was promoted after one month.
The reason I enjoy working for Vue is the opportunity for progression. The company prides itself on internal promotions and I’m a good example of this. Qualities we look for in a Manager at Vue include dedication, good organisational skills, quick thinking, profit orientated and in this industry developing your film product knowledge is important as are customer service skills.
